Payment Plan Policy

The following information is the terms and conditions that constitute our Payment Plan Policy.


  1. We offer all our customers the flexibility of spreading the cost of their order when the total amount exceeds £50.00.

  2. On placing your order, 20% of your total order price will be taken as a non-refundable deposit. This will secure your items for a maximum of six weeks. 

  3. We accept all major credit and debit cards online or on the phone in addition to PayPal.

  4. You're free to pay as little or as much as you like throughout the duration of your plan, all we ask is that your balance is settled no later than 6pm on the day your plan expires. 

  5. Once your payment plan has been settled your items will be dispatched, no items will be issued before the balance has been cleared. 

  6. Excluding deposits, all payments will be refunded within 7 working days.

  7. To start your payment plan enter the code PAYMENT at the checkout. Your deposit will automatically be deducted. We will then email you an invoice so that you can make the additional payments.

  8. Once a payment plan has been started you will be unable to change sizes or remove items from the plan.
